Services Offered

The firm provides guided wildlife safaris, jungle jeep safaris, cultural shows, and camping experiences as detailed in the program descriptions. All services are subject to availability and adherence to safety and environmental regulations.

Terms of Payment

Payments for services must be made in full prior to participation, using approved payment methods. Confirmation of bookings will be provided upon receipt of full payment. Non-payment or delayed payment may result in cancellation of services without refund, subject to the refund policy.

User Responsibilities

  • Users must comply with all safety instructions and guidelines communicated by the firm’s staff and guides.
  • Visitors are expected to respect local customs and protect the natural environment by not littering and disposing of waste responsibly.
  • Disturbance to wildlife is strictly prohibited, including feeding animals or provoking them during safaris.
  • Users shall avoid loud noises, playing loud music, and any behavior disruptive to others or the environment.
  • Smoking or lighting fires in protected areas is strictly forbidden to prevent forest fires and environmental damage.

Intellectual Property Ownership

All content, including guides, photographs, videos, and written materials associated with the firm and its services, remain the exclusive property of the firm or its licensors. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

Liability Limitations

The firm shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the use of services, except where arising directly from proven negligence or willful misconduct by the firm or its employees. Participation is at the user’s own risk.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be resolved amicably through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to mediation or arbitration under applicable jurisdiction laws as agreed between the parties. This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the user and the firm concerning its services and supersedes any

Refund Policy


All refund requests shall be subject to eligibility criteria and strict adherence to the timelines set forth herein. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only upon formal approval and shall be completed within a period of fifteen (15) business days from the date of such approval.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing through the official communication channels, accompanied by proof of payment and registration details.
  • Refund entitlement is contingent upon cancellation being made within the prescribed cutoff period prior to the commencement of the program.
  • No refunds shall be granted in the event of participant no-shows or cancellations submitted less than ten (10) days before the program start date.

Refund Timelines and Percentage Slabs

  • Cancellations made thirty (30) days or more prior to the program start date are eligible for a full refund (100%).
  • Cancellations made between twenty (20) and thirty (30) days prior to the program start date are eligible for a partial refund of forty percent (40%).
  • Cancellations made between two (2) and twenty (20) days prior to the program start date are eligible for a partial refund of twenty percent (20%).
  • Cancellations made less than ten (10) days prior to, or after, the program start date are not eligible for any refund.

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Payment gateway processing fees and any associated transaction charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Any services already rendered or materials provided prior to cancellation shall be deducted from the refundable amount where applicable.

Procedure for Refunds and Cancellations

  1. Submit a formal cancellation or refund request in writing via the designated official email or registered account portal.
  2. Provide all requisite participant identification details, payment confirmation, and reasons for cancellation.
  3. Upon receipt, an acknowledgment will be communicated to the requester.
  4. Refunds, if approved, will be remitted to the original mode of payment within fifteen (15) business days from approval notification.

This policy is binding and applies uniformly to all participants enrolled in the program.

Cancellation Policy’s


  • In case of cancellation or modification due to natural calamities, acts of god, civil unrest, war, epidemic, government lockdowns, restrictions on tourism, or other unforeseeable events beyond our control, it will not be treated as a cancellation by Periyar Tourism. Guests may choose to reschedule to a mutually agreed date at no extra cost or receive a refund with minimum cancellation charges (lowest slab applicable).
  • Bookings may be canceled or modified if fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected, incorrect information has been provided, or errors have occurred in the reservation.
  • Bookings may be canceled due to unforeseen internal circumstances such as facility repairs or VIP visits; in such cases, it will be treated as a cancellation by Periyar Tourism with a full refund.
  • All cancellation requests must be submitted through email at ptpcthekkady@gmail.com.
  • No refund or rescheduling will be offered for no-shows.
  • Partial modifications or partial cancellations of bookings are not allowed once made.
  • Refunds, subject to approval, require at least 15 days to process.
  • Payment gateway processing charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Charges

  • Before 30 days from the program start: 100% refund
  • 20 to 30 days before program start: 40% refund
  • 2 to 20 days before program start: 20% refund
  • Less than 10 days before or after program start: No refund
